How can I purchase tickets?

Click on the Ticket button and find the show in your city, and click on “Click for Showtimes” or “Buy Tickets Now” for all the specific information you need to order tickets. You may also contact your local ticket agency (e.g. Ticketmaster) or their outlets, or visit the box office. To purchase tickets the day of the event, please go directly to the arena box office.

How long is a typical performance?

The show runs for 80 minutes with a 20 minute intermission.

Is there an intermission in the show?

Yes, after 40 minutes, there will be an intermission of 20 minutes.

How old should kids be to watch the show?

The show has been produced for children, both and girls, of 5 years and older. And parents will love the show too! With all the different elements, such as dancing, singing, special effects, action and comedy it is a fantastic experience for the entire family!

Is photography and filming during the show allowed?

Photography and filming is permitted during the show, however the use of flash photography is not.

Is there any merchandise at the show?

Yes there is a merchandise shop where you can find all kinds of fun products!

How long before the show should we arrive?

Usually the doors will open 1 hour before the show. This might vary per theatre, so have a look at the ticketing website or check your local theatre.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child who will sit on my lap the entire show?

In most arenas, children under 1 year old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all visitors, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local ticketing agency or theatre to confirm their specific policy.

We try our best to perform in as many cities as possible over the course of any given year, and we vary our tour routes from time to time. For the most up-to-date schedule information, visit us here. Please note that this site displays confirmed performance dates only—new cities are being added to our show schedules on a regular basis.
